Weekday parties do not include any Lovage-provided themes or decorations. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, food, non-alcoholic beverages and table settings. 

You’ll enjoy 1.5 hours of free play in our Open Play space, followed by 30 minutes in the party room for cake and food. Please note: Your time in our party room is completely private for your group. However, time in the Open Play space will be shared with a limited number of Lovage customers.

Weekend parties come with decorations customized to your chosen color palette and theme. Our staff will handle all the setup and cleanup of the party room, allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebration without any hassle. You’ll enjoy 1.5 hours of free play in our Open Play space, followed by 30 minutes in the party room for cake and food.

Service Fee

All parties have an additional 8.5% service fee , which goes directly to the team member who assisted with your event.

*Snacks and drinks for kids include: 1 bag of Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies, 1 bag of Annie’s Gummies, 1 bag of Pirate’s Booty, and 1 organic juice per child

How can I book a birthday party for my child? Please complete our inquiry form to check availability.

Is my party private? You will have private access to both our Party Room and Party Overflow Room for all party times. However, the level of privacy in the main playspace depends on the day and time of your event:

• Monday – Friday: Semi-private. While your party has its own dedicated spaces, the main playspace will be shared with a limited number of people who have booked Open Play sessions. This allows for a vibrant atmosphere while still giving your party a special feel.
• Saturday & Sunday 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Semi-private. Similar to weekdays, the main playspace will be shared with a limited number of Open Play participants.
• Saturday & Sunday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Fully private. Booking during this time guarantees exclusive use of the entire playspace for your party. No other Open Play sessions will be running concurrently.

Food & Drinks:

• What food and drinks can I have at the party? We offer a selection of kids’ snacks and beverages for an additional fee. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks, food and non-alcoholic beverages for both kids and adults. All items must be brought in by you, as we cannot accommodate deliveries (see below) unless you have purchased a private party time. Additionally, we offer catering options through Nicole’s Pizza. • Can we have food deliveries before the party? Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate deliveries or store decorations, food, beverages, or other items in advance of your party, unless you have purchased a private party time. We kindly ask that any outside food be brought in by you, as our schedule does not allow for deliveries during party setup times.
• Do you have a kitchen available? We have a simple refrigerator, but do not have kitchen facilities on-site for reheating or cooking food. Unfortunately, this also means we do not have ice readily available.
• Are alcoholic beverages allowed at private Little Lovage birthday parties? Unfortunately we are not able to allow alcohol in our space at this time. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages to a birthday party.

Decorations & Setup:

• Can the Lovage team handle setup and cleanup for my party? Great news! We’ve reintroduced our full-service parties, which includes both setup and cleanup by the Lovage Team. Please note that any extra food, drinks, or decorations you bring cannot be left behind, and our team will discard anything left over.
• How much time is allowed for party set-up? You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party to get the guest of honor acclimated and comfortable in the new space before all of their friends and family arrive.

Activities & Entertainment:

• Can I bring in outside activities or entertainment? Yes, you can bring in outside activities like face painting, musical performances, magic shows, and more—but only for our Saturday and Sunday bookings. These activities will take place in our overflow room, which is next to the main party room. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside activities during the afternoon booking periods.
• Do you offer an option for Lovage teacher-led activities? No, we do not have the capacity to offer Lovage teacher-led activities at private birthday parties at this time.

Party Flow & Staff Assistance:

• How does a typical party run? The first hour and a half are dedicated to playing in the main Lovage open play space. The last 30 minutes are dedicated to food and cake/cupcakes. After everyone has finished eating you will be escorted to the front to exit the party.
• What assistance do you provide in the party room and the playspace? Your dedicated Lovage staff member will be picking up items, tidying up the playspace. We will set up the party room with our themed decor. We will take care of the birthday presents for the guest of honor and collect them at the front desk when your guests check-in. During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks for the kids, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
• Do I need to clean up after the party? Nope, you can leave that to us! You can take what you want, and leave the rest for us to worry about.

Other Important Information:

• Is there an additional fee to celebrate more than one birthday child? Yes, there is an additional fee of $70 per additional birthday child. We also require that there be only one point of contact to finalize all details and payments to ensure a smooth planning process.
• What should I know about using my membership credit? Members receive a $200 discount on parties each year. In order to use this discount, you need to have been an active member of Little Lovage Club for at least three months. This credit will be put towards your final balance.
