When you are pregnant, while baby is developing and growing, your body is constantly changing. Prenatal Yoga, explores and embraces your physical and emotional prenatal journey.
We will practice a rhythmic flow of energy and awareness, and we’ll incorporate restorative yoga postures for expecting mom. Mothers-to-be will examine the power of meditation and mindful breathing, to help alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, and prepare the mind and body for labor and delivery. We will focus on listening to our bodies, and connecting with our baby, in a deeply personal and restorative way.
This class is beneficial throughout pregnancy; all levels welcome. Classes are not heated. Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
5 or 6 week session
