Mom & Baby Yoga
Part of motherhood is finding your ideal balance of priorities, emotions, time, and energy. Mom and Baby Yoga strives to nourish the body by improving muscle tone, abdominal strength, flexibility, and offers peace and relaxation, while providing a unique bonding experience for mom and baby.
We will practice a rhythmic flow of energy and awareness, and we’ll incorporate yoga postures that stretch and strengthen your body (alongside or holding baby). Moms will reflect on the power of meditation and mindful breathing to help alleviate daily stress, and we’ll focus on listening to our bodies, and connecting with baby in a special, meaningful way.
All yoga levels welcome and non-walking babies. Classes are not heated. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket for baby, and bottled water.
