• Barbells and Baby

    When you have a newborn, it is difficult to find time to exercise alone. Instead, incorporate your baby into your workout. Barbells and Baby is a 45-minute total body workout with baby! You will work all major and minor muscles groups as you move through a circuit alongside baby using dumbbells, resistance bands, and incorporating your own and baby’s bodyweight to burn calories and build strength. You will feel confident and strong knowing your workout is effective for you and safe for baby.

    Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water.

You will work all major and minor muscles groups as you move through a circuit using dumbbells, resistance bands, and incorporating your prenatal bodyweight to burn calories and build strength. You will feel confident and strong knowing your workout is effective for you and safe for growing baby.
