Are you still settling into motherhood, but ready to start exercising again? Are you looking for a class for you and your baby to get your sweat on? Stroller Burn, a 60-minute stroller class, was developed for postnatal new moms (by a mom) and their non-mobile babies. This interval based class combines strength, aerobic, and core training, for a total body workout. Moms of all fitness levels are welcome!
Moms will meet outside at Blackstone Square in the South End (on rainy days, at Little Lovage Club). Strollers will be incorporated into a range of exercises. During core and stretch training, baby can lay on mat, or watch mom from stroller.
Join us for a great workout, connect with your baby, and meet fellow new moms from the South End community.
Please dress according to the weather, and bring a yoga mat and bottled water. Jogger style stroller NOT required.
