• Prenatal Strength

    Stay strong and fit throughout your pregnancy with exercise. Prenatal Strength is a 45-minute total body workout for any trimester of pregnancy. You will work all major and minor muscles groups as you move through a circuit using dumbbells, resistance bands, and incorporating your prenatal bodyweight to burn calories and build strength. You will feel confident and strong knowing your workout is effective for you and safe for growing baby.

    Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
