Tummy Timers

Recommended for: 3 months to 9 months

Tummy Timers is designed for young babies (approx. 3 months - 9 months) who are working on sitting up, crawling, and exploring the world around them. We will incorporate songs into our interactive circle-time, and use toys and games to improve gross motor skills, provide stimulation, and encourage play. We also work on facilitating friendship and connection among the caregivers in class.

Early Walkers

Recommended for: 9 months to 18 months

Early Walkers offers a chance for your toddler to explore different play stations and engage in interactive songs now that your curious little one is busy moving around on their own two feet and discovering the world around them.  We will rotate in new toys over the course of the semester to improve gross motor skills like climbing, walking, and balance, as well as provide stimulation and encourage play.

Messy Baby

Recommended for: 6 months to 24 months

Messy Baby is sensory play for sitting and standing babies who are still putting everything in their mouths. Little ones will explore art with edible paints, textured objects, water, edible play dough, and more. This class focuses on fostering creativity and sensory play, and lets your baby make a mess that you don't have to clean up at home!

Mixed Messy Art

Recommended for: 6 months to 5 years

Mixed Messy Art is a mixed-age sensory play and early art class.  We provide age-appropriate materials for both sitting babies and young children. We know the 11am timeframe works well for many ages based on nap schedules, and wanted to provide a single class that can accommodate children at different developmental stages.

In one half of our classroom, we will provide edible sensory activities for sitting and standing babies, approximately 6 - 24 months, including food-based paints, textured objects, water bins, edible play dough, and more.

Simultaneously in the other half of the classroom we will provide more complex art and sensory activities for older children. These children are approximately 2 to 5 years old, and are no longer learning by putting toys and materials in their mouth.  We will introduce more complex art and sensory play, including using regular paints, making slime and other fun materials, and more.

This class focuses on fostering creativity and sensory play, and lets your baby and/or older child make a mess that you don't have to clean up at home!

Morning Movement: Games

Recommended for: 18 months to 3 years

Morning Movement: Games helps toddlers to improve balance and coordination, develop listening and gross motor skills, and have fun with friends!

Together, toddlers and caregivers will start class with warm up songs and stretches, participate in a rotating series of games that help build gross motor skills like throwing, catching, jumping, and climbing, and end with parachute and bubble time, all while learning to follow directions and to interact with their peers.

Morning Movement: Music/Dance

Recommended for: 18 months to 3 years

Morning Movement: Music/Dance introduces toddlers to the foundation of music-based movement in a simple and playful way, all while developing their listening skills, and having fun with friends!

Together, toddlers and caregivers will start class with warm up songs and stretches, after which they will follow along to a series of movement-based songs (including walking, hopping, stomping like a dinosaur and more) with shakers, tutus, tails and additional props. Weekly attendance helps children learn to follow directions and to interact with their peers. We end each class with unstructured dance songs, parachute games and bubble time.

Messy Artist

Recommended for: 18 months to 3 years

Messy Artist encourages your little Picasso to emerge and explore the process of creating art, with little emphasis on the finished piece. The class is designed for young children who are no longer putting everything in their mouth and therefore can handle art materials that are not made to be consumed.

Little ones will explore art with paint, textured objects, and unconventional materials. They will discover and play with sand, rice, water, play dough, and more. This class focuses on fostering creativity and sensory play, and not worrying about the mess!
