Eat RIGHT Now – Experience Optimal Nutrition During Pregnancy and Beyond – Expectant mothers will learn about some of the foods and nutrients they need to eat more of during pregnancy and while nursing.
Live RIGHT Now – Make a Smooth Transition from Pregnancy to Motherhood – Expectant mothers will learn some tips on how to live a L.E.A.N. (A Dr. Sears way of life) Lifestyle after the baby is born.
Jessica, the instructor will also bring product samples, discount codes for local vendors and info sheets on healthy tips for all participants.

About the instructor: Jessica Munroe has always been passionate about wellness and how it can positively change (and save lives).
