Basic Space Rental
If you would like to have an empty space to create the party you’ve been envisioning, you’re welcome to rent Little Lovage Club for private use! Come celebrate with us!
What’s included in the basic space rental?
The basic space rental includes 2.5 hours in our space, which includes time for you to set up your party. Leave the mess to us! Little Lovage Club staff cleans up the party outside of that timeframe. Also, you have the option to rent the space for extra time for an additional fee based on our availability.
What do I have access to in the space with the room rental?
- 4 white child-sized tables, 16 matching chairs
- 4 Catering Tables- (2) 6-foot, (2) 4-foot, to use for food, gifts, cake and beverage
- 13 Adult-sized folding chairs
- Area rug for circle time
- TV/ DVD/CD Player
- Use of our toys, ball pit, sensory bins, hula hoops, ride on cars, and much more
- CD player
- TV/DVD for media and slideshows
- Changing tables & nursing chairs
What can I bring when I rent the space?
You may bring in food, beverages and any personal or rented items you may need. Any and all legal and safe entertainment is allowed. Feel free to coordinate any entertainment like farm animals, musicians, artists or anything else. We’re happy to help make recommendations as well!
What add-ons are available?
We offer an extensive list of add-ons for any party. We frequently book exciting entertainment like baby animals, musicians, or balloon twisters to parties at our space. Check out our list of add-ons on step 3 here and let us know what you’d like to add!
Who cleans up the party?
Little Lovage Club does for no additional fees! Leave the mess to us and go home when the party is over!
About Our Space
How many people can I have in the space?
LLC is a bright, open, 1,000 square foot room that is heated and air conditioned. Our capacity is 50 guests, with 40 adults and children being comfortable. Our area rug can be used for circle time and structured entertainment.
Do you allow guests to wear shoes?
Our city location and baby crawlers make our space a shoe-free zone, which may be important to tell your party guests. Fuzzy socks are available as add-ons!

How can I secure the space?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking to secure the space, and the remaining balance is due the day of the event. Unfortunately, deposits are nonrefundable for any cancelled events. Cancellations on the day of the event require full payment.
